The following person and bodies carrying on
company as industrialists, agriculturists,
miners, professionals or any other lawful
business in or having a registered address
of Gurun, Sik, Jeniang, Sungai Lalang,
Sungai Petani and Tikam Batu and willing to
abide by the Constitution of The Chamber,
namely: |

a) |
Any Malaysian Citizen of Chinese origin
irrespective of sex having attained the age
of twenty one (21) years who is or was
registered as a member of professional body
in Malaysia and has not been struck off the
register or suspended from practice for any
period of time (hereinafter shall be
referred to as "the Individual Member"

b) |
Registered companies or firms whose majority
membership comprises Malaysian citizens of
Chinese origin or whole majority share
holding or controlling interest is for the
time being held by Malaysian citizen of
Chinese origin. Corporate members shall be
represented by an authorized representative
with the following qualifications: |

Shall be Malaysian citizens of
Chinese origin, |

Shall be the shareholders and / or
the directors, or the sole
proprietor or the partners, as the
case many be, |
|

|
|
- |
May only represent not more than one
member from Corporate Members,
excluding his own individual
membership in the Chamber, if
applicable. |

(2) |
Life Member |
|
| |
|
Open to the ordinary members as
stated, upon making a payment in one
lump sum subscription as fixed to
the Chamber after their application
has been approved by the council. |

(3) |
Associate Members |
|
| |
|
PROVIDED THAT notwithstanding the
aforesaid, the Chamber may if deem
fit, admit such registered companies
or firms which do not fulfill all of
the above stated qualifications as
associate members of the Chamber. |

凡下列在吉打州中部的公司与个人，从事于贸易、工业、农业、矿业、受承让专业或其他合法行业或注册地址为莪仑，铅双溪拉兰，双溪大年及甘八都，原遵守本会章程或其修改正条文者，均可申请加入为本会会员； |

a) |
马来西亚华裔公民，不分性别，年届二十一岁，以注册为马来西亚专业团体之成员，且未曾被当局撤销注册或被中止职业者（下文称之为“个人会员”）； |
|

|
b) |
注册公司或商号（在本章程中概指独资或合资者）其成员须大多数为马来西亚华裔公民，或其大多数股份、控制性股权（若是公共公司）须由马来西亚华裔公民拥有者（下文称之为“公司会员”）。公司会员的授权代表，须具备以下资格： |

|
公开给普通会员在以上第2i(a)&(b)条规所述，须一次缴交款额并按本章程第7(3)条，
惟须先获得董事会批准。 |

|
尽管上述所提，本会仍有权接受不具有以上全部资格之注册公司或商号成为本会附属会员。 |
